Deleting Your Account

If you wish to stop using our service and remove all your data, you can delete your account from the dashboard.
Important: What Happens Next?
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All your Dynamic QR Codes will stop working immediately.
- All Analytics history will be permanently deleted.
- Your subscription (if active) will be cancelled.
- Your personally identifiable information will be scrubbed from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Scroll to the bottom to find the Danger Zone.
- Click Delete Account.
- You will be asked to confirm by typing your password or a specific phrase.
- Once confirmed, your account is closed and you will be logged out.
Existing Static Codes
Note that Static QR Codes you have printed will continue to function (as they encode data directly), but you will no longer be able to manage them or download the original image files from our platform.
If you are only looking to stop paying, we recommend Cancelling your Pro Plan instead of deleting your account. This keeps your data and free QR codes safe for future use.
