If you need to create a large number of QR codes for inventory, employee business cards, or events, our Bulk Creation tool is the perfect solution.
Step 1: Prepare Your CSV File
A CSV (Comma Separated Values) file is a simple spreadsheet. Each row in your CSV will represent one QR Code.
- Open Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet editor.
- Create headers in the first row (e.g.,
Name,URL,Category). - Fill in the data for each code.
- Export/Save the file as .csv.
Step 2: Upload to QR Code Genius
- Navigate to the Bulk Generator in your dashboard.
- Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload area.
- Map your columns: Tell us which column contains the destination URL and which column should be the QR Code's name.
Step 3: Design the Batch
Choose a design template or customize the style. All codes in the batch will share the same design (colors, logo, shapes) to ensure brand consistency.
Step 4: Process and Download
- Click Generate Batch. Our servers will process each row.
- Once finished, you can download a ZIP file containing all your QR codes as high-resolution PNG or SVG files.
Pro Tip: The filename of each image in the ZIP will match the "Name" column from your CSV, making it easy to sort and identify them later.
Limits
- Free Users: Limited to 5 codes per batch.
- Pro Users: Up to 500 codes per batch.
- Enterprise: Up to 10,000 codes per batch.
