The Analytics dashboard provides powerful insights into who is scanning your codes and where.
Dashboard Overview
Go to Dashboard > Analytics to see an aggregate view of all your QR codes. You can filter by date range (Last 7 days, 30 days, or Year).
Key Metrics
- Total Scans: The raw number of times your code was scanned.
- Unique Visitors: The estimated number of distinct people scanning.
- Scans by Location: A map showing cities and countries where scans occurred.
- Operating System: iOS vs Android vs Desktop.
- Browser: Chrome, Safari, etc.
Exporting Data
Pro users can export analytics data as a CSV file for further analysis in Excel or Google Sheets. Look for the Export button in the top right corner of the chart area.
Privacy Note: We do not track personal user data (PII) from scanners. We rely on IP address geolocation and User-Agent strings. Locations are approximate (City level).
