Keep your account secure and up to date by managing your settings.
Profile Details
You can update your Display Name and Email Address from the Settings > Account page. Note that changing your email will require you to verify the new address before the change takes effect.
Security
Changing Your Password
We recommend using a unique, strong password for QR Code Genius.
- Go to Settings > Security.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
(Coming Soon) We are currently building 2FA support to provide an extra layer of security for your account.
Notification Preferences
Manage how you want to be notified:
- Scan Alerts: Receive an email when a specific QR code reaches a milestone or is scanned (Pro only).
- Product Updates: Stay informed about new features and improvements.
- Billing Alerts: Invoices and renewal notifications.
If you signed up using Google, you won't have a separate password on our platform. You can manage your security settings directly through your Google Account.
