“It’s my nerd version of the Lady Gaga meat dress”

Yeah…You clicked on this link…if that tagline didn’t get your attention I don’t know what would.

Jessica Stuart said that recently at the Webby awards where she wore a dress that was decorated with QR Codes. When scanned the QR Codes played Stuarts award winning video! This is absolutely fantastic. We’ve all seen QR Code t-shirts and stickers, but a dress?

Stuart won two awards for a video she created for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the dress she wore was printed with QR codes that played the video when the the codes were scanned by more than 100 of those attending the event, by using their smartphones!!

This is another really unique way to market yourself via QR Codes. Stuart isn’t trying to sell anyting she is trying to raise awareness…and I love it!

What I don’t love is the fact the link is no longer functional AND she could of used a Multimedia Smart Site to have her fans connect with her on her social networking profiles while also engaging them with the video. www.pointscango.com builds custom Multimedia Smart Sites for only $249!
